Just finished reading Deadly Provenance, so started the Art Forger by B. Shapiro. It seems this year, thus far, we have an unintentional theme of rare books, WWII, and art.
Other related books I have picked up are Forged, Why Fakes are the Great Art of Our Age by J Keats and Provenance by L Salisbury and A Sujo.
Our current book seems to tie in well with Monuments Men as well as Goldfinch.
I have my own story about a fake Chagall which I will share with the group at the meeting.
