Once again, Book Club last night engaged in an interesting discussion about class, constraints, etiquette, etc while discussing an old classic, Edith Wharton's Age of Innocence which won a Pulitzer prize for fiction. An excellent writer worth a re read as many probably read it in college.
A movie was made in 1993 that featured Daniel Day Lewis, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Winona Ryder. The film won an Oscar for best costume.
